Based in Leeds, we have over 30 years experience in the polythene extrusion industry. We serve clients in both the UK and mainland Europe, and specialise in delivering large quantities of extruded polythene products to businesses both near and far.
We manufacture polythene products for a range of key markets, including the metal and mineral industries, the white goods manufacturing industry, and the chemicals and plastics industries.
We are the market leaders in pallet protection and offer a range of pallet based products, including shrink and non-shrink pallet covers. We also specialise in polythene products for the food and furniture industries, and offer a range of food grade polythene products and furniture/mattress protection products.
Food Grade Polythene
Our blue tinted food grade polythene is designed to be able to protect any size of Dolav container, and is available in both perforated on the roll and single formats. We adhere to BRC standards, ensuring our products are certified for use in the food manufacturing process. Our liners are excellent for production line use, as well as in the storage and transportation of food goods.
We also manufacture a range of polythene film and sheeting. Manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 and BRC standards, our polythene is rigorously tested to ensure it is of the highest quality, to meet the demanding needs of our clients.
Lay Flat Tubing
LFT is perfect for packaging a wide range of products with dimensions that would otherwise be difficult to accommodate. It is most often used in warehouses which require the packaging of objects which vary in size, without the need to use more than one roll of tubing. LFT’s ease of use and cost effectiveness make it a very popular packaging product.
Single Wound Shrink Film
Our shrink films are manufactured for a wide range of markets, including food manufacture, the automotive sector, transportation and container usage, the marine industry, and more. A versatile and useful polythene product that can be applied to objects/goods in a number of cost effective ways.
Polythene Sheeting
We manufacture a wide range of polythene sheeting for a wide range of national and international industries. It can be supplied to customer spec in either perforated rolls, or single wound (one continuous roll). It is one of our most versatile products, allowing multipurpose uses (single wound films can be cut to requirements, and perforated rolls are usually standardised for one size of product). Perforated sheets have time saving (and therefore cost saving) benefits, due to not requiring manual cutting.
