Marpak have been recognised for their recent success by being shortlisted for the “Best business initiative” award at this year’s Plastic Industry Awards on the 14th October.Marpak has been shortlisted along with three other companies, for the award which will be announced on the 14th October. The Plastic Industry Awards was launched in 2001 and is held annually. The event is dedicated to rewarding innovation and exceptional performance. The awards acknowledge the best companies and the best people in the market, with over 700 guests expected to attend this years event.
The initiative has seen Marpak capitalise on an expansion opportunity that enabled them to break into several European markets and provide bespoke high premium grade film to a variety of overseas businesses.
The company has high hopes for the awards and will be looking to cement it’s name as one of the UK’s premium grade flexible packaging specialists.
